Dynamic yoga, is a more active and energising practice that can help you wake up and start your day with increased focus, strength, and flexibility. It can also help you build endurance, boost your metabolism, and release tension and stress. On the other hand, restorative yoga is a gentle and calming practice that is designed to help you unwind and relax. It focuses on deep breathing, gentle stretches, and supported poses that can help you release physical and mental tension, lower stress, improve your flexibility, and promote better sleep and relaxation.

Reconnect with nature: Spending time in nature on our guided walks has been shown to have numerous mental and physical health benefits. It helps us be more present in the moment and practice mindfulness, which can reduce stress and improve mental health.
